Growing teams forces great leadership. Great leadership requires presence, delegation and clear communication.

It's become apparent to me that internal communication plays an big role in building a great business.

In a growing organisation, communication occurs in multiple channels and when talking with leaders in such organisations it appears common to not have a persistent structure around what channel is used for what kind of communication.

Many seems to use Slack as some kind of default for any type of announcement or bi directional internal communication. Especially within the tech scene. Others use e-mail in combination with Slack-type of tools.

But the common denominator is that there is no separate channel for important organisation level announcements, anneverseries, quarterly reports or new employee announcements.

The bigger an organisation grows, the bigger the need for structure and clarity.
